Systim is an online business management tool developed in Poland, specifically for the needs of Polish small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides a central place to handle your company's core financial and administrative tasks, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

The platform supports all common forms of Polish accounting standards, including Revenue and Expense Ledgers (KPiR), lump-sum tax (ryczałt), and full accounting books (księgi handlowe). It automates the posting of invoices, payroll, and depreciation to reduce manual work. You can manage HR and payroll, from employment contracts to generating ZUS declarations.

Invoicing is integrated with the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), allowing you to send and receive electronic invoices directly. The system also includes modules for warehouse management with barcode scanner support and fixed asset tracking.
